New Year, New You

January 21, 2016 By Angi Bell Leave a Comment

I’m curious, did you set any New Year’s Resolutions? Let me ask you, have you broken them already? Why is that?! Year after year we make ambitious resolutions and by February we’ve already broken them. I taught Jazzercise when I lived in New Orleans. Our busiest sign-up period was the first week of January. Classes would be filled to capacity with women (and men) who had every intention of living a fitter, healthier life after a holiday season of excess and often decades of inactivity. Yet by … [Read more...]

Some of my favorite quotes…

August 8, 2014 By Angi Bell Leave a Comment

Okay, so this isn’t really a blog post, but I just had to get these things recorded somewhere!  These are some of my favorite quotes.  And I must say that the second one is a new one for me and one that has inspired some serious blowing of my mind since I heard it today at 11am.  I am pretty sure that once I come back down to Earth after my contemplation of this provocative question, I’ll be blogging about it! What is the net effect of your existence?

August 8, 2014 By Angi Bell Leave a Comment

If you saw me this week then you saw me write this quote on the board. It was a busy Friday afternoon (Friday the 13th, to be exact) and I had decided to take a break and ride my bike on the beach to clear my head and do some brainstorming about my "new and improved back to the basics marketing to your existing customers and everyone else you know" campaign. The ride started off so pleasantly!  The sun was shining but it wasn't too hot.  The beach wasn't too crowded and the tide was out so the ride north was easy.  I hit the five mile mark and turned around to … [Read more...]

How you show up in coaching is how you show up everywhere

May 13, 2014 By Angi Bell Leave a Comment

I have enjoyed great levels of growth and success over the past decade…in both my life AND my business. When I think about my success, I know I can credit a great deal of it to the work I've done with my various coaches over the years. Coaching has been instrumental in my personal life and my professional life and I can't imagine a time in my future in which I wouldn't have a coach. I know that having a coach is not enough, however. It's how I show up in the coaching relationship that really … [Read more...]

The biggest obstacle I’ve overcome through Coaching is ‘ME’. Through Coaching with Angi, I became aware of my limiting beliefs and the things I was doing (or not doing) that was hindering my growth - both business and personal. My business is more efficient and predictable--the highs and lows are vanishing in favor of a more predictable income. To the end of the third quarter my income is up 53.2%.
